Executive Director at SOSA – Society of South Asian Architects

Tushar Negi is an architect, registered with the OAA. Originally from New Delhi, India, Tushar moved to Toronto in 2016 and has managed a diverse range of projects including retail, commercial, residential, and interior fit-outs. Tushar possesses strong project management skills and technical proficiency combined with his knowledge of sustainable design practices that allows him to work effectively with an integrative approach with clients, consultants, and contractors. Tushar is currently serving as the Executive Director at SOSA – Society of South Asian Architects, Canada, a not-for-profit organization that serves our communities by creating opportunities for mentorship, education, networking, and outreach, and provides aid to newcomer professionals. Tushar also chairs the Sustainability Committee at his firm – WZMH Architects. He has previously held a seat on the Emerging Green Professionals (EGP) Committee of the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) from 2018-2021 where he served as the Mentorship Program Lead in 2020-21.
