Stefanie joined Montgomery Sisam in May 2021 as our Human Resources Manager. Stefanie is a seasoned human resource professional, working for several years with companies, both large and small, in the corporate sector. She brings particular expertise in recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.

Today, she lends her expertise to Montgomery Sisam’s different departments as the office continues to grow. Her responsibilities include: developing and implementing workplace policies and programs, staff recruitment and onboarding, project staffing and performance tracking, and employee relations.

Stefanie takes pride in building and maintaining strong relationships, representing company values and meeting the needs of employees at every level of an organization.
